You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, unsubscribing, or changing your cookie preferences. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to respond to a request.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure traffic. These tools use cookies and similar identifiers. They are turned off by default and run only if you accept them in our cookie banner.
You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. Strictly necessary cookies, which the Site needs to function and to remember your cookie choice, cannot be turned off.
5. Who we share it with
Only our team members based in Quebec who need your information for the purposes above can access it. We use a few service providers to run the Site and our communications:

- Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.): newsletter delivery (United States).
- Google LLC: website analytics, only with your consent (United States).
These providers may only use your information to deliver their service to us. They are bound by contract to protect it. We may also disclose information when required by law.
6. Information stored outside Quebec
Some of the providers above store information outside Quebec, including in the United States. Before transferring information, we assess whether it will receive adequate protection. Information held outside Canada may be subject to the laws of that country, including access by its authorities.
7. How long we keep it
- Contact and quote inquiries: 1 year after our last exchange, unless you become a customer.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Job applications (not hired): 1 year after the application.
- Analytics data: 14 months.
When these periods end, we delete or anonymize the information. Customer records are kept as required by our business and tax obligations.
8. How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. These include access limited to authorized staff, password-protected systems and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious harm, we will notify you and Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information, as required by law.

- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- withdraw your consent;
- ask us to stop disseminating your information, or to de-index a link to it, where the law allows;
- receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format.
